Sanchez
Julio has been a Realtor for over 5 years.
Born in Venezuela and a Miami resident since 1997, he purchased
his first condo in 2003. Immediately Julio became interested
in real estate and began his work as an agent in 2003. Due
to the real estate market boom and amount of people buying
properties during the next two years, he was able to guide
and assist hundreds of first-time homebuyers and sellers through
the buying and selling process— from beginning to end.
Having owned and operated a cellular and satellite dish business,
Julio’s entrepreneurial spirit lead him to open a real estate
investment company with his brother in law. “I always had an
interest in real estate and an urge to help people, so what
better way to help by combining both—helping families get into
the right home.”
Presently Julio manages over 100 international clients and
brokers. His experience in negotiating commercial leases and
formation of business entities allows him to provide an added
service to his clients.
Julio is currently pursuing his BA in Business Administration
at the University of Phoenix and providing his wife Teresa
with unconditional support as she continues her studies in
the medical field. He enjoys spending his free time being
around his family.
He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and
the Realtor Association of Greater Miami Beaches.

Ari Singares
Ari always had a passion for negotiating deals and providing
customer service, making real estate an ideal career opportunity
for her. After being an ambassador of the Republic of Panama
to the court of St. James in the United Kingdom and living
in Europe for 12 years, Ari made her move to South Florida—Miami.
During her time as an ambassador, she maintained high-end contacts
with ministers, members of Head of State, ambassadors, members
of the royal family and investors.
In 2006, she became a Realtor and began to use her list of
contacts for international deals. Today she continues to enjoy
working with people and expanding her clientele. Ari believes
that real estate has given her the opportunity to stay in contact
with her European friends allowing her to offer some of the
best deals in Miami.
Ari attended Chateau Mont Choisi-Swiss finishing school, Stony
Brook University, NYU and Parsons School of Design in New York
City. She enjoys art, photography and training for marathons.
She’s participated in the Moon Walk Marathon for breast cancer
in London.
Ari is a dame with Star of the Sacred Military Constantinian
order of Saint George and Dame Commander of the Royal Order
of Francis I. She is also a member of the Realtor Association
of Greater Miami Beaches, the National Association of Realtors
and the Florida Association of Realtors.
